Perhaps your intention was to use the wall on the right side in the foreground as a leading line. But the angle of the bridge disturbs me.
On my opinion it works better with a horizontal bridge. But thats only my opinion.

This level of water is unusual for the Seine. The angle is here to reinforce the instability of the situation ;)
